Quiet Saturday in Beautiful Downtown

Hey from Frankville, quiet Saturday afternoon, but its like spring here. Foggy, rainy and a blammy 48 degrees. Doug and Kollin worked on the 2 buck heads Kollins shot this winter, one with his bow and one with shotgun, He wants to mount the antlers. Kori and I went on a shopping trip to the Lacrosse with my sisters, which is a trip in its self. Jane needed new shoes for work, well Barbara bought a pair and I bought a pair, and Kori spent her Christmas money. So I guess everyone came home happy. Now all the Hawkeye fans in the house are glued to the TV for the Alamo Bowl, and I'm off the church. Like Ambrose always said pray before you play and its Saturday night, so I may have to have a few $1.00 cocktails in Castalia after church.
The plans for New Years Eve, is to go out for supper, with Kent & Donna, Brian & Lisa, Jeff & Sharon, to the Alpha Tap and back to Castalia for drinking and maybe dancing. Karla( Kleppers) band is playing over there and they do ok. I guess thats all for now, there are big pictures of the barn fire the other day on the front page of the Decorah paper, Kori's friend just bought the paper in Decorah, it was her uncles place. I will let you know how the New Year Eve events go.

Until later
